Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle. No contracts, no lock-ins.
No. There are zero setup fees across all plans. You pay only the monthly or annual subscription price. Hardware (printers, KDS screens) can be purchased separately or rented.
Multi-branch management is included in the Enterprise plan with a unified dashboard, consolidated reporting and per-branch configuration. Growth plan users can add branches at an additional per-branch fee.
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, credit/debit cards and NEFT transfers. Annual subscribers can also pay via cheque.

Your data belongs to you. On cancellation you will receive a full data export (CSV/JSON) within 7 business days. We retain encrypted backups for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently delete them.
