The three problems every cloud kitchen faces

📲

Multi-platform order chaos

Orders arrive simultaneously on five different tablets — Zomato, Swiggy, Magicpin, your website, phone calls. Kitchen staff toggle between screens, miss tickets and make mistakes. Every missed order is a one-star review.

Cloud kitchens lose 12–18% of orders to platform-switching errors.

🍳

Kitchen efficiency

Running three brands from one kitchen means priority conflicts. Which ticket gets cooked first? Who handles which station? Without a unified KDS, it is managed by shout and guesswork.

65% of cloud kitchen complaints are about delivery time, not food quality.

💸

Cost control

Without real-time recipe costing, you do not know your true margins per brand. Ingredient usage is tracked on paper — if at all. Food costs spiral silently until the month-end P&L lands.

Average cloud kitchen food cost variance is 7–12% above target without a system.

One platform. Every need covered.

Order Aggregation Hub

Zomato, Swiggy, Magicpin, your website — all channels feed into one unified order queue. One screen, one KDS, zero platform-switching. Acknowledgement times drop from 90s to under 10s.

Multi-brand KDS

Each brand gets its own colour-coded queue on the kitchen display. Tickets are routed to the correct station automatically. Countdown timers prevent delays and flag late orders before they become a complaint.

Real-time Inventory

Shared ingredients tracked across all brands simultaneously. When the kitchen uses chicken for Brand A, it deducts from the same pool that Brand B draws from. Low-stock alerts fire before service begins.

Recipe Costing

Every menu item is linked to its exact ingredient quantities and costs. As market prices change, your margins update automatically. Know your true cost per dish — per brand — in real time.

Per-brand Analytics

Revenue, orders, cancellations, prep time and platform ratings — broken down per brand and per platform. Identify which brand is dragging down the kitchen and which one to scale.

Multi-brand Dashboard

All your brands on one screen. Switch context instantly. See consolidated kitchen load, per-brand P&L and platform-wise order split. Manage menu updates across all brands simultaneously.

Questions from cloud kitchen operators

Candle OS currently integrates with Zomato, Swiggy, Magicpin and Dunzo. Integration with your own website (via a WooCommerce or custom ordering page) is also supported. All orders appear in a single queue automatically.
Yes. Multi-brand management is a core feature of the cloud kitchen module. Each brand has its own menu, pricing and analytics, but shares a unified KDS and inventory pool. You can have unlimited brands on the Enterprise plan.
You define shared raw ingredients in a central stock register. Each brand's recipes link to those shared ingredients. Every order, regardless of brand, deducts from the same pool — with full traceability by brand.
Yes. You can define packaging items (boxes, bags, labels) and link them to specific menu items or order types. Stock depletion and reorder alerts work for packaging the same way as ingredients.
The analytics dashboard shows revenue, COGS, gross margin and order count broken down per brand and per platform. Daily and weekly P&L reports are available and can be exported to CSV or emailed automatically.
Our team handles the full integration as part of onboarding. For Zomato and Swiggy, integration typically takes 1–2 business days pending approval from the platform. Most cloud kitchens are fully live within 3–5 days of sign-up.
